Certificate of Fitness: Monthly Visual Sprinkler Inspections

• Completed and recorded by us monthly.

Annual Sprinkler Flow Test

• Completed by us and reported to the FDNY annually.
• As required by the New York Fire Department every 5 years.

Sprinkler and Standpipe Hydrostatic Testing

• As required by the New York Fire Department every 5 years.
